The Senior Business Analyst supports the intake, assessment, requirements development, planning, and delivery coordination of Field IT projects across resort locations. The role helps translate business and operational needs into clear, supportable initiatives with defined scope, requirements, estimates, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans. This position works closely with Field IT, resort operations, Platform Services, business stakeholders, vendors, and project managers to manage infrastructure projects including device refreshes, network upgrades, and on-mountain deployments.
