About this role

This role provides functional support for purchasing tools and systems within the Asia-Pacific region for Baxter's Purchasing Process and Systems team. The incumbent will administer key platforms like Coupa and SharePoint, resolve user queries, prepare metrics reports, and facilitate training on procurement processes. Additionally, the position involves assisting with the development and implementation of new P2P technologies and driving continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

Administer PSM systems including Coupa, BSM, and SharePoint
Resolve queries and issues from P2P users across Asia-Pacific
Prepare and compile monthly PSM metrics and reports
Facilitate training for P2P users on existing and new processes
Drive continuous improvement and compliance to PSM processes
