About this role

The Senior Analyst, PSM serves as the site subject matter expert for OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) standard and EPA’s Risk Management Plan (RMP) rule. This role provides technical leadership for PSM elements, collaborates with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to develop organizational competency, and ensures compliance with legal and global standards. The position involves managing process safety metrics, training, incident investigations, and corrective actions to improve safety performance.

Responsibilities

Serve as site subject matter expert for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance
Evaluate and control health and safety hazards through Management of Change system
Coordinate Process Hazard Analyses and manage incident investigations for hazardous substances
