ICON Prime is seeking an entrepreneurial, high-impact Associate Business Development Director to expand its defense business across military services, from military construction to defense technology. The role involves generating, shaping, and closing complex government opportunities while navigating the Pentagon and defense innovation pathways. The position requires close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory teams to align ICON's capabilities with government requirements and shape the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategy to expand defense business presence
Lead capture for targeted opportunities end to end including proposal development and negotiation
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at USACE, NAVFAC, and service-specific commands
