About this role

The Senior Associate, Data & Analytics leads the Source-to-Pay (S2P) SOX and Compliance strategy by transforming procurement and financial data into actionable compliance intelligence. This role involves developing dashboards, automating reporting, and monitoring internal controls to support audit readiness and proactive risk management across the organization. The position requires close collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and Internal Audit teams to identify trends, validate controls, and enhance governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards for S2P SOX compliance and performance management
Analyze procurement data to identify control gaps and compliance risks
Support ongoing SOX compliance activities through data validation and testing
Monitor key controls across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes
Partner with stakeholders to improve visibility into operational and compliance risks
