Sr. Associate Director Foundation

The Sr. Associate Director Foundation builds and advances annual and major gift relationships through prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. This role effectively represents the Hospital to a constituency of community, foundations, corporations, friends, and grateful families while managing complex prospects and donors. The position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and public speaking skills within a collaborative healthcare environment.
