About this role

The Sr. Associate – IOL Product Testing role supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of laboratory capabilities for intraocular lens and delivery-device testing. This position independently coordinates and executes assigned testing activities, ensuring compliance with approved protocols, regulatory requirements, and good documentation practices. The role provides technical expertise to support design verification, characterization, qualification, validation, and investigative testing activities.

Skills

Qualifications
