Sr Associate IS Sys Analyst – Learning Management Systems

An IT Business Analyst/Product Owner role within Amgen’s Human Resources and Learning & Development area, responsible for translating domain and business process expertise into product requirements, epics, and user stories for software development teams. The role partners with product managers, system architects, UX, and developers to ensure technical requirements are fully elaborated and documented to enable planning, estimation, and high-quality delivery. The position supports alignment of HR and L&D systems and contributes to product demonstrations and configuration documentation.
