The Senior Associate Software Engineer – Salesforce Engineer supports and optimizes the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem as part of a global Salesforce support team. The role provides end-user support, platform configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance across multiple Salesforce environments while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. The position requires working North America hours (night shifts 9 PM–6 AM IST) and hands-on experience with modern Salesforce tools and integrations.
