Sr. Bioinformatics & ML Scientist

The Sr. Bioinformatics & ML Scientist at Nomic is responsible for advancing large-scale proteomic data analysis and interpretation to drive scientific breakthroughs in drug development and biomarker research. This role involves developing and optimizing analytical pipelines and ML models, mentoring team members, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate customer needs into actionable workflows within the Nomic Portal. The scientist will also interpret complex datasets, support customer projects with insightful analyses, and contribute to Nomic’s thought leadership in the field. A PhD or equivalent experience in bioinformatics or a related field, along with hands-on expertise in Python or R, is required.
