About this role

The Bioinformatics Senior Scientist at Personalis will support development and clinical application of ultra-sensitive, tumor-informed whole-genome sequencing (WGS)-based liquid biopsy assays for precision oncology. The role partners with bioinformatics, software, laboratory, and clinical evidence teams to apply cell-free and solid-tumor genomics platforms to patient cohorts and advance genomics-based MRD and ctDNA products. The position contributes to product development, evidence generation, and scientific communication of results.
