A Senior Ceded Re Accountant supporting Sompo’s global Ceded Reinsurance team, focused on accounting for ceded reinsurance placements and the Assumed Internal Reinsurance Vehicle business. The role contributes to financial close activities, reporting, intercompany reconciliations and supports audit and SOX compliance. The position is based in the New York City office and reports to the AVP, Ceded Re Accounting Manager.
