Sr. Coating Process Engineer

The Senior Coating Process Engineer will advance new products, capabilities, and deposition equipment improvements within the optical coating department for the Semrock filter and optical systems businesses. This role involves leading cross-disciplinary project teams, conducting data analysis, and providing manufacturing support for a 2-shift operation. The position requires expertise in vacuum deposition processes and optical interference coating design to drive systematic improvements and troubleshoot complex issues.
