About this role
The Senior Compensation Analyst reports to the Manager, Global Total Rewards and leads analysis and execution of compensation projects to enhance market competitiveness, process integrity, and employee experience. The role provides broad exposure across total rewards programs (e.g., job architecture, incentive programs, executive compensation, and recognition) and supports global initiatives. This is a hybrid position based at the Glendale, WI headquarters (three days onsite per week).
