About this role
LendingClub is seeking a Senior Compliance Advisory Manager to support the Bank’s Personal Lending Products. The role provides compliance advisory oversight to identify, assess, and manage compliance risks across the personal lending portfolio and to support development and execution of the Bank’s compliance risk management framework. The position partners with business leaders to operationalize policies, controls, and procedures across the full product lifecycle.
