Sr. Construction PM w/active Top Secret clearance

LMI is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex commercial construction, renovation, and facilities development initiatives across its national footprint. Based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area or Colorado Springs, CO, this owner-side construction management role requires exceptional project execution, financial management, and contractor oversight. The position plays a critical role in supporting LMI’s growth through the development and modernization of corporate offices, secure facilities, and specialized mission-support environments. The successful candidate will serve as LMI’s primary construction delivery representative, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to established quality and operational standards.
