Sr. Consultant

Oracle Health is seeking a Sr. Consultant to join the Clairvia Consulting team, helping healthcare organizations optimize workforce management, staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations through the Clairvia Solution Suite. In this client-facing role, you will partner directly with healthcare organizations to understand their operational challenges, design effective workflows, configure and implement solutions, and guide customers through successful adoption. The role involves working at the intersection of healthcare operations, technology, and consulting to improve how hospitals schedule, assign, and manage clinical staff while supporting better operational and patient-care outcomes.
