About this role
Hitachi Energy is hiring a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence at its Crystal Springs, Mississippi factory. The role leads deployment of the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System across the factory value chain and partners with site leadership to strengthen performance and customer satisfaction. This position focuses on building a sustained culture of continuous improvement and developing team capability through leadership and mentorship.
