Sr Controls Engineer

The Sr Controls Engineer monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots building automation systems (BAS), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical facility infrastructure to ensure optimal operation. This role involves responding to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with maintenance teams and external contractors, and providing recommendations for energy conservation and system modifications. The position also includes guiding and training junior technicians while ensuring compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
