Sr. Coordinator, Accounts Receivable

The Finance & Accounting team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Coordinator, Accounts Receivable to serve as the operational owner of the contract-to-cash lifecycle across multiple business entities and revenue streams. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting Operations, this role is responsible for customer onboarding, contract and billing administration, invoice creation and delivery, collections, cash application support, compliance activities, aging management, and revenue-related reporting. This highly visible role partners closely with Partnerships, Studio Operations, Legal, and external customers to ensure revenue is billed accurately, collected timely, and protected throughout the customer lifecycle.
