The Sr. Cost Accountant supports the financial performance of manufacturing operations by conducting detailed cost analysis, profitability reporting, and business partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain. This role analyzes manufacturing costs, identifies trends and variances, and provides actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency at facilities in Holland, MI, and Nampa, ID. The position reports directly to the Sr. Finance Manager and assists with new product costing, capital investment analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
