About this role

Senior Counsel for Labor & Employment and Litigation at sweetgreen will support the company’s legal compliance and growth by advising on labor and employment matters, managing litigation, and handling smaller legal matters. The role partners with Legal, People, Operations, Risk & Safety, and Executive teams to provide business-oriented legal advice, drive scalable processes and trainings, and serve as a trusted cross-functional advisor. The position is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel.
