• Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in channels to ensure expectations are met.
• Influence gross profit by negotiating sale and purchase prices within specific parameters.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business and process improvements.
• Coach and guide less experienced Customer Service Representatives on addressing customer needs.
• Source products from branch, distribution center, or supplier inventory to maintain appropriate levels.
