CookUnity is seeking an experienced operations analytics professional to help define and measure operational excellence across production, fulfillment, logistics, and last-mile delivery. The role partners broadly across Ops, Logistics, CX, Culinary, and Quality to surface insights that improve delivery reliability, customer experience, and process scalability. The hire will build shared reporting and self-serve tools to enable teams to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
