The Senior Data Architect will lead architecture efforts for Baxter’s Data Governance organization, creating and maintaining enterprise conceptual and logical data models and data flow diagrams. The role focuses on master data domains (Customer, Supplier, Product, Financial, Employee) and the data lifecycle across systems, partnering with analysts, stewards, business owners, and IT to simplify and improve data management and quality. The position provides technical vision and guidance around data standards, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
