Sr Data Scientist- Promo Optimisation

As a Senior Data Scientist on Target's Promo Optimization team, you will design and deploy scalable machine learning and optimization solutions to personalize offers and drive incremental sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into algorithmic models, manage the full lifecycle of data science products, and mentor junior team members. The role requires deep expertise in operations research, causal inference, and MLOps to build decision engines that optimize offer investment and guest relevance.
