Sr. Data Scientist, Retrieval & Agentic Systems

Kharon is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist to advance content discovery and hybrid search capabilities, leveraging modern approaches like BM25, semantic distance, RAG, and graph-based signals. The role involves building new discovery experiences, including agentic search and personalized feeds, while driving the evolution of narrative generation pipelines. The position requires end-to-end ownership of problems, from prototyping to deploying production systems, and close collaboration with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
