The Senior Demand Planner owns the end-to-end demand planning process, driving accurate and actionable forecasts to support supply chain and commercial decision-making. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply teams, uses statistical models and planning systems to manage volatility, and contributes to monthly consensus and S&OP processes. The position requires strategic thinking, strong analytical capability, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a high-growth CPG environment.
