About this role

Senior Director role within Eli Lilly’s Bioproduct Research & Development organization leading payload-linker development at the small-molecule–biologics interface for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). The position focuses on driving design, optimization, and scale-up of linker and payload synthetic chemistry to enable commercialization of next-generation ADC therapeutics. The role partners closely with discovery, CMC, and manufacturing stakeholders and supports growth of internal capabilities and team development.
