Sr. Director, Affordable Housing Portfolio Management

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager oversees large or multiple real estate funds and implements the organization's investment strategy across portfolio construction, market and asset selection, and financing. The role is responsible for delivering accurate real estate financial analysis, investor reporting and presentations, and supporting fundraising and due diligence efforts. This position partners with acquisitions, asset management, development, capital markets, finance, and distribution teams to execute portfolio decisions and maintain investor relationships.
