About this role

The Sr. Director – QA is the Site Quality Leader for Eli Lilly’s new API manufacturing facility, joining the site leadership team to support start-up of a greenfield manufacturing site. The role is focused on building the quality organization, systems and culture to enable GMP manufacturing across manufacturing, utilities, laboratories and warehousing. The position will help shape site strategy and ensure product quality and regulatory alignment for API production.
