Sr. Director, Aseptic Operational Support

This role provides enterprise-level leadership and technical authority for aseptic processing, sterility assurance, and contamination control across Bristol Myers Squibb's global manufacturing network. The position is responsible for defining strategic roadmaps, establishing governance frameworks, and driving cross-site harmonization of microbial control practices and environmental monitoring programs. It involves overseeing CMO relationships, leading high-risk contamination event investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance through executive communication and data-driven decision-making.
