About this role
Chief Technology Officer for PayPal’s de novo industrial bank (ILC) responsible for the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution to support regulatory expectations, operational excellence, and the bank’s strategic objectives. The role reports to the Bank President and provides Board-level reporting while building and leading the bank-grade engineering and IT organization. The CTO will drive architecture, cloud operations, data governance, vendor oversight, and resilience programs to enable secure, compliant, and scalable banking services.
