About this role

This role leads the development and execution of Phase 1-3 clinical study strategies, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including research, regulatory affairs, and drug safety. The incumbent directs clinical development plans, manages clinical investigator relationships, and oversees program infrastructure to support advanced clinical trials in a biopharmaceutical setting. Responsibilities also include strategic planning, budget forecasting, safety assessments, and regulatory interactions with health authorities.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of clinical development plans and study protocols
Direct Phase 1-3 clinical trials in accordance with GCP guidance and company SOPs
Manage relationships and communication with clinical investigators and consultants
Oversee clinical teams and recruit talent to ensure efficient program operations
Interact with FDA and other regulatory authorities for all submission processes
