Senior Director, Content Design Platforms + Systems at PayPal will define the language layer of the company’s Design OS and lead the transformation of content design into a strategic, system-level capability. The role focuses on building a next-generation Content Design Platform and elevating content craft across consumer and merchant experiences at global scale. The position reports to the VP Platforms + Tools and partners with Design Systems, Research, and AI Foundations teams.
