The Senior Director, Corporate Development supports AmSurg’s growth strategy by leading the evaluation and execution of strategic partnerships and development opportunities. The role focuses on de novo development, joint ventures, practice partnerships, and acquisitions to expand and strengthen the company's market presence. This position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to assess opportunities, develop financial models, and drive transactions from initial evaluation through closing.
