Sr Director, Demand Generation

The Sr Director, Demand Generation leads Copado's regional growth engine across Enterprise and Commercial segments in North America, owning marketing programs that generate demand and leading the field and events team. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the role focuses on driving pipeline creation, accelerating deal velocity, and strengthening Copado's position as a category leader in Intelligent and Secure DevOps for Salesforce. This leadership position operates at the convergence of go-to-market strategy and in-person activation to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
