About this role

The Sr. Director, Financial Reporting leads the financial reporting function for McKesson Medical-Surgical, playing a critical role in preparing the organization to operate as a stand-alone public company. This leader ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements while building necessary processes, capabilities, and controls. The role involves driving audit readiness, supporting carve-out and stand-alone financial statements, and establishing scalable SEC reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting function and ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
Drive MMS separation from McKesson enterprise and support IPO readiness including carve-out and stand-alone financial statements
Build and develop high-performing financial reporting team and establish scalable SEC reporting processes and governance
