Sr Director, Global Total Rewards

The Senior Director, Global Total Rewards & Systems leads compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems for Watlow's 5,000+ employees across more than 30 countries. This hands-on role involves setting the rewards strategy, completing the global job architecture project, improving sales incentive plans, and implementing new HR technologies. The position reports to the CHRO and leads a team of four direct reports.
