Sr Director, Head of Core GenAI Services Engineering, R&D Technology Ecosystem

Pfizer is hiring a Senior Director, Head of Core GenAI Services Engineering to lead the strategy and evolution of the company’s internal generative AI platform capabilities. Reporting to the VP, R&D Technology Ecosystem, this leader will own the Core GenAI Services and a centralized GenAI Gateway that enables secure, scalable access to GenAI models for teams across the R&D organization. The role operates at an executive level while maintaining deep technical credibility in building enterprise-grade AI platforms for a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
