The Senior Director, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) leads Lilly’s HSE function for the Concord manufacturing site and is a member of the site leadership team. This role provides strategic and administrative leadership to shape site HSE systems, staff development, and site readiness through the transition from construction to startup. The position represents Lilly’s commitment to safety, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence across the Concord site.
