The Sr. Director, Leadership & Career Development leads leadership and career development strategy within the Org Effectiveness and Talent Management COE, reporting to the VP. The role focuses on building and scaling retail-focused programs—particularly multi-unit leader development—coaching and mentoring initiatives, career pathing for retail roles, and improving onboarding for new leaders. The position partners with HR, field operations, and business stakeholders to implement the field operating model and drive internal mobility.
