The Senior Director, Marketing Program Management serves as the operating backbone of the global Marketing organization, reporting directly to the CMO. This role is responsible for building and stewarding the operating model for marketing programs and go-to-market efforts, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, and systems across all functions and international markets. The position requires leading with AI to redesign workflows and drive efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
