Sr Director of Retail Finance

The Sr Director of Retail Finance is the FP&A leader and primary finance business partner to the President of the Retail Division, responsible for overseeing the Retail business’s financial operations and strategic financial direction. This senior role supports the division’s short- and long-term objectives across company-owned stores, real estate, and an independent gallery network, and is a member of both the Retail Leadership Team and La-Z-Boy F&A Leadership Team. The position influences retail strategy, growth initiatives, and financial planning as part of the company’s Century Vision.
