About this role

The Sr. Director, People & Culture Business Partnerships serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, shaping global people strategy to support business goals and organizational effectiveness. This hands-on leadership role drives initiatives that elevate the employee experience, strengthen leadership capability, ensure compliant employee relations, and provide expert advice on organizational design and talent deployment. The position leads the development of a global P&C team while managing complex programs including M&A integration, global HRIS integrations, and workforce planning.
