The Sr. Director, Platform will lead a global software platform organization responsible for the cloud-native Kubernetes-based platform that powers RAN deployments. This hands-on leadership role combines people management and technical direction to shape how the company builds and scales its platform software across multiple regions. The position reports to the VP of RANOps R&D and helps define platform strategy for production RAN systems.
