The Sr. Director, AI Products leads the vision, strategy, and execution of GoHighLevel’s AI products and AI-driven experiences. The role translates advances in AI into measurable customer value and business impact while owning adoption, usage, retention, and revenue outcomes. This leader shapes how AI is embedded across the platform’s UI, UX, and workflows, and operates with VP-level ownership while remaining hands-on with product strategy and delivery. They also build and mentor AI-focused product teams and partner closely with executives and cross-functional stakeholders on AI investments and roadmap.
