About this role

The Sr Director, Shared Capabilities & Engagement Experience leads engineering teams responsible for foundational shared services, developer engagement surfaces, and partner connectivity at scale. This role owns the full developer engagement strategy, including shared platform capabilities, external and internal developer portals, and AI-native automation initiatives. The position requires a strategic engineering leader to drive platform adoption, eliminate operational toil, and establish GitOps as the core operational backbone.
