Sr. Director, US Policy Strategy

The Sr. Director, US Policy Strategy leads CSL’s US health policy and market access strategy, serving as the principal policy expert to assess legislative and regulatory developments and shape advocacy efforts. This role oversees federal and state policy issues, including drug pricing, reimbursement, and supply chain, while partnering with internal teams to translate complex policy issues into actionable business strategies. The position involves representing CSL with policymakers and external stakeholders to advance patient access and support the company’s portfolio priorities.
