Sr. Economic Empowerment Manager

The Sr. Economic Empowerment Manager coordinates the development, implementation, and completion of all grants, contracts, and activities related to the Economic Empowerment department, including workforce development and financial capabilities programming. The role provides direct oversight of the Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) and One-Stop Operator programs, supervising program managers to ensure compliance with donor, state, and federal requirements. The position leads the ongoing development and long-term sustainability of workforce development and career pathways programming while managing department staff and budgets.
